"Do you have a returns policy"

All customers are allowed to return any item (except for jewelry) and are entitled to a full refund. Items must be returned within 20 days of purchase.  The cost of postage must be paid for by the customer and sent via tracked post. Please contact us before returning any items. Any items returned damaged or breaching these requirements may not receive a full refund. 

"How much is UK postage"

We provide free UK postage on all orders over £20. Orders under £20 will have postage added to the cart at checkout. All items are sent via second-class post. If you require tracked or first class post please let us know and we can add this on at an additional charge

"Why don't you provide all sizes in each product?"

 

Most of our items are one of a kind so we don't have duplicates. As we only sell sustainable clothing we rely on second-hand sales and donations which limits our stock more than other companies. However, if you see a design or product you like, you can enquire with us and we can try our best to recreate this for you.

"Do you post internationally"
